Keep Your Eyes Happy & Healthy
With the increased use of digital devices in our daily lives, our eyes are under nearly constant stress. For individuals that spend most of their days looking at a computer screen or other digital device, their risk of developing digital eye strain (sometimes called computer vision syndrome) greatly increases.
Digital eye strain can present itself in the form of dry, irritated eyes, neck and shoulder pain, blurry vision, and headaches. It’s usually caused by poor lighting, glare from a digital screen, poor posture, or unaddressed vision problems.
Symptoms are usually temporary and subside shortly after digital device use ends.
